All customers with a Service Level Agreement have access to our Service Desk and technical expertise. Support is available via phone, email and remote access.

For our NHS customers, we are accredited for the Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) and can connect to your system(s) remotely in this way. For our private customers, we offer a secure remote access technology which will allow us to connect to you in seconds. All you require is a functioning broadband connection.
