There is no doubt that the effective communication of information is crucial in healthcare. We can integrate our solutions into your existing infrastructure via industry-standard protocols such as HL7, FHIR and DICOM.

We have many years experience in working with PAS, RIS, EPR, PACS and VNA providers and are happy to undertake any integration projects using our Talk2 architecture.

We are here to support our customers every step of the way. Our UK-based Service Desk is staffed with knowledgeable IT, applications, and ultrasound professionals.

All customers with a Service Level Agreement have access to our Service Desk and technical expertise. Support is available via phone, email and remote access.

For our NHS customers, we are accredited for the Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) and can connect to your system(s) remotely in this way.

For our private customers, we offer a secure remote access technology that will allow us to connect to you in seconds. All you require is a functioning broadband connection.
